Singley Area Pavement Rehabilitation

As part of the city-wide Pavement Rehabilitation Program, the City of Milpitas Engineering Department identified over 20 residential and collector streets in the Singley Area that experienced severe pavement settlement and deterioration due to inadequate pavement structures and high-level of groundwater. DEENSCORP was retained by the City to provide technical solutions and construction innovations to address these problems. The City of Milpitas awarded DEENSCORP with annual separate contracts (Phase II, III, and IV) to provide pavement evaluation strategies, final design (PS&E) and construction support services.
